I'd like to speak to a Traliant Representative about my organization's compliance training.*

New York Governor Kathy Hochul recently signed into law the New York Retail Worker Safety Act to address growing concerns about workplace violence. Effective March 1, 2025, the law applies to state retail businesses with at least 10 employees. This webinar looks at what the law means for companies and how HR professionals and business owners should start preparing to comply.

    The webinar covers:

    • Which employers and employees are covered by the law
    • What must be covered in the required workplace violence prevention plan
    • What must be discussed in the required annual training
    • Who must provide panic buttons

By attending the webinar, you’ll be eligible for SHRM and HRCI credit.
