Can you share one thing you’ve experienced, seen, or read about that is leading us towards a better world of work?

It’s a very interesting time, post-pandemic.  Employees are sharing their opinions and it’s getting attention. I am hopeful that employers think outside of the four office walls and the 9-to-5 schedule and get creative in a way that supports the needs of the business. as well as the needs of their employees.
