Intellectual Wellness is a 10-minute course that introduces employees to the intellectual dimension of wellness and the benefits of exploring new ideas, sharing thoughts, understanding other viewpoints and fostering connections that promote healthy behaviors. Interactive challenges, viewer emails and tweets address common questions and prompt learners to reflect on how to improve their own intellectual wellness.
