Course Description
Traliant's Bystander Intervention training is a 1-hour course that explores how bystander intervention works to defuse, stop or correct inappropriate workplace conduct as well as techniques for intervening effectively. This course satisfies the City of Chicago bystander intervention training requirement.
A shorter 25-minute version is available for those outside of Chicago.
