  •  Attribution Bias – Attribution bias is a type of bias that can lead us to attribute someone’s actions to their character instead of truly understanding a situation and all of the factors that lead someone to act in a certain way. This can block us from crucial insight and empathy.
  • Authority Bias – Authority bias is the tendency to value a figure of authority’s opinion over others, leading us to (potentially falsely) believe these opinions are more accurate.
